Kay’s Angel Care is Hiring a HR Coordinator Near Evanston, IL

Job Overview:

We are seeking for a human resources coordinator who is both experienced and precise. The ideal individual would be critical in assisting HR duties and ensuring that HR procedures run effectively. Someone who can speak Spanish would be ideal.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct employee orientation sessions and assist in the onboarding process.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Manage employee evaluation processes and maintain accurate records.
- Handle data entry tasks related to HR systems such as Workday and PeopleSoft.
- Assist in HR sourcing activities including job postings and candidate screening.
- Support conflict management and resolution within the organization.
- Utilize iCIMS or similar platforms for recruitment purposes.
- Assist in performance management processes.

Experience:

The successful candidate should possess the following skills:

- Proven experience in employee evaluation, orientation, and training development.
- Proficiency in data entry tasks with HR systems like Workday and PeopleSoft.
- Familiarity with HR sourcing tools such as iCIMS.
- Strong conflict management skills to handle employee relations effectively.
- Experience in performance management processes is a plus.
